SHIPPING & RETURNS
Salty Jo ships worldwide with a few exceptions. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days and shipped from Greece. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery to any address in Greece is 2 euro. Shipping is handled by Geniki Taxudromiki and it takes 1-7 business days for delivery.
If you are interested in Express shipping, feel free to contact us in order to arrange it. Please notice that Express Delivery costs will be paid by you.
TAXES AND DUTIES:
Delivery within the E.U is not subject to duties or any additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country you may be asked to pay further duties at customs control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant customs authorities. Salty Jo has no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All products can be returned within 14 days since delivery, excluding products on sale.
If you would like to return or exchange your swimwear please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request.
All exchanges are based on stock availability.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your payment method was Cash on delivery please provide a bank account at firstname.lastname@example.org
in order to receive your refund. Please also note that the Cash on Delivery fee will not be refunded.
All swimwear must be in original condition, not worn & in original packaging. In case the hygiene protection sticker is missing, the return will not be accepted
Return shipping costs are at customer's responsibility.
